Our company is planning to give away some corporate gifts to its employees and I’m going to be part of the committee that will take care of this project. This project aims to let the employees in the company feel that they are important in the organization. At the same time, the gifts that the company gives away serves as promotional products through printing advertisements in them. This is project is like hitting two birds with one stone.

Some of the promotional products that we are looking to give away are key chains, pens, binder, bags, shirts and mugs. We are now looking for a printing company that can offer us a good bulk price for these products. We have a good amount of budget for this project but we want to maximize it as much as possible. There are a good number of bids submitted to us and we are currently evaluating which one is the best to take.
