For me, the design of this blog great and the color green refreshes my eyes every time I look at it. However, the design of this blog is too general and it says nothing about me. Well what can I expect? This is just a free blog template from a random website that I found. I’m actually already looking for new blog designs to replace the existing one. Though is seems to be easy, looking for the perfect blog theme really consumes much of my time to the point that I sometime get no work done.
Because of the hassle that looking for a blog design causes me, I’ve finally decided to have a customized blog design. This will probably save me more time rather that looking for a free blog design. In addition to that, the design will be made according to my design preferences. A website named UniqueBlogDesigns.com is actually recommended to be by a fellow blogger who I knew in one of the webmaster forums that I’ve a member of. Well I can see from their websites that they can definitely make me a great blog design or theme.
This blog is the best way that I can express my thoughts and feelings and many people have already read about me. For me, it’s more than just a journal but rather a friend where I can tell all what I want. To return the favor to my blog, I am planning to acquire more incoming links for it. So far, I have done a few link exchanges, bought a few links and submitted it to a Blogging Directory. Getting links isn’t as easy I imagined so I’m planning to outsource this task to a few contacts from a webmaster community. I think they can already submit a link for my blog to hundreds of free directories for a cheap price. Well, I guess I’m just too busy to build links myself and I don’t mind paying a few dollars just to get this done.
For additional promotion, I placed a link to this blog in my member profile in a well known forum. Some people told me that putting your website on your signature will also generate backlinks, clicks and visitors to it. Article submission is a link building strategy that requires a lot of time so I don’t think I’d be doing that in the near future unless I can also just get someone to do it for me.
