Green is Healthy

Staying fit and healthy has been my goal for months now and because of that, I’ve changed my way of life. I now regularly go to the gym, keep my foods healthy and get enough sleep. As much as possible, I try to avoid fatty and salty foods and I prefer steaming or grilling for my cooking method. In addition to that, I’ve added matcha green tea to my regular diet. I just recently realized the health benefits that green tea can bring to me and how it can help my body become healthier.

I also find the preparation of green tea fun and I consider it as an art. You should always make sure that you are using high quality green tea and clean water. The proportion of water to the green tea is carefully observed and patience and sufficient attention is required for the brewing time. Just before I drink my tea, I take some time smell and appreciate its aroma. My cousin gave me a nice green tea teapot for my birthday and it’s just perfect for my tea breaks during afternoons.

       

Something Fishy

Literally, fast phased lifestyle and fast foods are both killers. Perhaps there’s nothing we can do to slow down our lifestyles but for the food we eat, there is. I am currently having a fish and vegetable diet and I’m quite impressed by the results. I actually feel better, stronger and healthier. One of my favorite fishes is tilapia because it has a pretty unique taste compared to other fishes. Because tilapia is one of my favorites, I usually research for Tilapia Recipes.

Tilapia.ws is where I usually get my tilapia recipes. I’m really thankful to have stumbled upon this website because I have no time to buy cook books myself. Also, most cook books don’t feature tilapia recipes a lot so I would be wasting money if there are no such recipes in the cook books that I buy. Tilapia has contributed a lot to my new, healthier lifestyle. I feel like I can live a hundred more years because of this change in diet.
